This is the 1903 / 1908 Lauter Humana 65 note, pin-end player piano. The reason for the two different years is that the Piano Atlas lists the serial number from the piano as being 1903, but the player unit has a patient plaque with dates in 1908 on it.

The player stack is of the Standard Autopneumatic 2 valve system type, with a couple of minor differences between common 88 note varieties. one is that there is no tracking unit, and the other is that the valve "spoons" at cylindrical ( a small piece of dowel ) with a felt punching glued to it, where it comes in contact with the pouch, which has a small card board disc glued to it.

The bellows unit is quite different from a Standard though. The govener is a pneumatic which fills with atmosphear to close the valve. There is also a soft regulator which lowers the suction level to the stack, to help soften the volume. There are also 3 hammer rail lift pneumatics located in this part of the instrument. The sustain in manual.
